As with any diet pill, if individuals do not implement a diet and exercise plan in addition to the weight loss pill the results will not be very promising. In order to lose weight and keep it off, individuals must change the habits they have formed in regard to what they eat and how much they exercise. It is a good idea to combine diet and exercise in combination with a diet pill for best results. By keeping a good diet and exercising a person will get some great results.
What you want to be careful off when eating less is that the bodies metabolism may slow down and thus make it even more apt to gain weight. When this happens, after losing the weight the individual will start eating in their old habits again and will often gain more weight than they had on before due to a lower metabolism, thus leading to frustration and disappointment. To prevent this you want to include exercise to help you keep your metabolism going.
